What ATD Covers

Under a triple-net lease structure, ATD assumes the operating expenses that owners typically absorb:

• Maintenance: Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance managed and paid by ATD. On-site capabilities keep costs significantly below industry averages.
• Pilot & Crew: All pilot and crew costs, including in-house training, are covered by ATD. No flight department overhead for the owner.
• Insurance: ATD carries aircraft insurance for all Part 135 operations. Your aircraft is covered under our policy while on the certificate.
• Charter Operations: Scheduling, dispatch, customer management, and fuel on charter flights are handled and funded by ATD.
• Owner Access: Priority scheduling for personal use at direct operating cost — fly your aircraft for less than standard Part 91 ownership rates.

Lease Structure

ATD structures the lease to cover your debt service and taxes — typically up to 10% of the aircraft's value annually. Charter revenue offsets the cost stack. You get predictable, fixed costs and access to your aircraft at below Part 91 ownership rates when you want to fly. ATD also operates aircraft under traditional charter management agreements with shared revenue on agreed terms.
