ATD Flight Systems is a direct air carrier. We hold an FAA Air Carrier Certificate authorizing charter operations under 14 CFR Part 135. We are not a broker. When you charter a flight through ATD Flight Systems, you are contracting directly with the certificated operator that will conduct your flight. We exercise full operational control over every flight we operate.
Carrier Identity & FAA Certification
ATD Flight Systems operates under a Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) Air Carrier Certificate pursuant to 14 CFR Part 135. Our operations are conducted in accordance with FAA-approved operations specifications. ATD Flight Systems is the direct air carrier and exercises operational control over all flights offered on this website.

ATD Air Charter currently markets the following aircraft for charter from Charles B. Wheeler Downtown Airport (MKC), Kansas City, Missouri:

Operational Control
ATD Flight Systems exercises complete and exclusive operational control over all charter flights. This means ATD Flight Systems is responsible for the initiation, conduct, and termination of each flight, including pilot-in-command authority, crew assignment, dispatch, maintenance, and all safety-of-flight decisions. No third party exercises operational control over flights operated by ATD Flight Systems.
Pricing & Total Cost Transparency
Charter pricing depends on the aircraft, route, trip timing, passenger count, airport fees, requested services, and operating requirements. Applicable government taxes, fees, and third-party charges are identified in the written quote or charter agreement.
Information provided through the contact form or by phone is an inquiry until ATD completes its itinerary review and confirms terms in writing. Submitting a request does not book or confirm a flight.
Charter Agreement & Right to Cancel
No flight is booked until a written charter agreement has been executed between the charterer and ATD Flight Systems. Submitting the contact form on flyatd.com does not constitute a reservation or booking. Cancellation terms, including applicable refund rights and cancellation windows, are specified in the charter agreement provided prior to each flight.
No Brokerage Relationship
ATD Flight Systems does not act as an air charter broker as defined under 14 CFR Part 295. We do not arrange flights operated by other carriers on your behalf, and we do not receive commissions or referral fees from third-party operators. You are dealing directly with the certificated air carrier that will operate your flight.
Safety Rating
ATD Flight Systems holds an ARGUS Gold safety rating, reflecting successful completion of ARGUS International's independent safety and risk audit. This includes review of operational records, pilot qualifications, training standards, maintenance documentation, and safety management systems.
