ATD Flight Systems ("ATD," "we," "us") operates flyatd.com. This policy explains what information we collect through the site, how we use it, and the choices you have. We keep it simple because our data practices are simple: we collect what we need to respond to you and operate your flight — nothing more.
Information we collect
- Information you provide: when you submit a charter quote request, owner inquiry, or contact form, we collect the details you enter — such as your name, email address, phone number, trip details, and, for aircraft owners, information about your aircraft.
- Automatic information: like most websites, our hosting infrastructure may log basic technical data such as IP address, browser type, and pages visited, used for security and site operation. The site is hosted on third-party cloud infrastructure; that infrastructure's standard server logs may capture this information independent of our own logging practices.
Third-party services
This site's files are delivered through cloud hosting infrastructure. When you send us email, your message travels through email infrastructure that may include third-party delivery providers. We do not control the privacy practices of those providers.
How we use your information
- To respond to your inquiry and prepare charter quotes
- To plan and operate flights you book with us
- To communicate about your trip or inquiry
- To meet legal, safety, and regulatory obligations that apply to a Part 135 air carrier
What we don't do
- We do not sell your personal information.

Sharing
We share information only as needed to deliver the service you requested — for example, with airport ground services, catering, or ground transportation providers for a trip you book — or when required by law or aviation regulation.
Retention and security
Inquiry information is retained as long as reasonably needed to serve you and meet record-keeping obligations, including any obligations that apply to a Part 135 air carrier. We limit access to personal information to personnel who need it to do their jobs. No internet transmission or electronic storage method is completely secure; we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Your choices
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of the personal information we hold about you by emailing charter@atdflightsystems.com. We will honor requests except where retention is required by law.
Children
Our site and services are directed at adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we will post the updated version here with a new effective date.
